Admissions Process
St Ladislaus School is a part of the Archdiocese of Chicago Catholic Schools
Children applying to St Ladislaus for pre-kindergarten must be 3-4 years old by September 1st and be potty trained. Kindergarten children must be 5 by September 1st. Exceptions will not be made, even if the child has previously been enrolled in a school that has made an exception to the deadline.
ADMISSIONS PRIORITY
Students are given admission priority according to the following:
- Returning student
- Siblings
- Parishioners of St. Ladislaus
- Parishioners of other parishes
- Non-parishioners
RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION
Parents of students currently enrolled in the school will be notified of the re-registration process conducted during the month of January.
NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
St. Ladislaus admits students of any race, creed, sex, color, or national origin, with all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded to students of the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, sex, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational or employment policies, athletics, or other school administered programs.
St. Ladislaus admits students who are not Catholic provided that these students will not displace Catholic students and that both students and parents clearly understand that participation in Catholic religious instruction and school activities, related to the Catholic identify of the school, are required.
